Pros

Intelligent and friendly team - I really enjoyed my time with Nature. Modern and clean offices. Flexible working and family friendly hours.

Cons

Pay and benefits were not outstanding. So sad reading some of the reviews. I hope the treatment of staff improves. New CEO should focus on creating a great and unified company and protect the Nature brand. And stop being so hard line with your staff.

Pros

Fantastic colleagues, flexible hours, line managers care about your career trajectory, opportunities for travel

Cons

Low pay for industry standards, benefits are not great, we frequently are given perks that end up being either a slap in the face or are unattainable.

Pros

Intelligent people working on scientific journals.

Cons

Lots of change and M&A not well consolidated. Upper management is clueless and redundant in many instances.
