      Very flexible, RE working from home, working hours, leaving early RE travel issues, great HR who is there not just to help management.

      Cons

      Old creaky system, lots of red tape, lots of change implemented without consideration of those doing the role. The office is too quiet, there is no real culture, or buzz.
