Cons
Very high work pressure for the amount of salary they pay. Plus, you can't ask manager multiple times to reduce workload (as you feel shy about it). Company has unachievable standards of quality and productivity, keeping you demotivated in your work. You more than often end up correcting others mistakes in work.
