      flexible working hours, WFH policies, leaves can be taken at a stretch, employee-friendly, hardly anyone on the bench and being asked to leave, nice working ethics.

      Cons

      appraisal in peanuts, most managers are arrogant, like aged apes sitting in the organization. Not much to do for a QA .
