Fantastic people but some office politics

Pros

Really fun, talented people. Good progression structure in place. Work is challenging but interesting. Great work/life balance, flexible hours etc.

Cons

Senior management is difficult to approach. The opportunity to take on extra responsibility is limited by what you're contractually bound to do, which can be frustrating for people who have the ability to progress quickly. Also, low pay.

Business Outlook

Pros

Nice colleagues, informal and open environment, work life balance, visibility of the company within the industry, everyone are doing their best with what they have

Cons

Little and unclear career development support and prospects, teams work very independently from each other and a general coordination is missing, unclear prioritization of projects
