Great work/life balance, not so great office culture

Pros

- Good benefits (401k with 3% match, paid sick and vacation, good healthcare) - Good work/life balance (9-5, 1 hour lunch, minimal weekend work), work from home options, summer hours - My manager cares about me as a person and doesn't expect me to devote my life to the company - Nice office - Salary is a little low but competitive

Cons

- Somewhat unfriendly, dry office culture - Reality of the job is repetitive - TERRIBLE IT. It's so bad, and really frustrating when you rely on a computer to do your work. - Not much opportunity for advancement.
