Pros

Great colleagues. Generally there is a sense that work-life balance is encouraged although the goals and deadlines don't reflect that. There are some nice employee perks like free coffee, subsidised canteen etc.

Cons

Terrible communication across teams, you often find you're duplicating effort and another team is working on exactly the same thing that you are. Complete lack of resources to develop any technical products or solutions outside the core platforms. Constantly making irritating changes to work environment and practices, e.g. forcing everyone off networked drives and bringing in hotdesking, and a general sense that money saving is more important than employee wellbeing or productivity.
