      Pros

      employee friendly work culture. you will get much exposure to use your own learning and technologies. Paymaster and no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Few employees will always have a problem with all the companies so matured people will have to ignore those negative reviews. selection standard is high so one needs to be exceptional in your area of expertise.
