      Pros

      Springer Nature has a fantastic culture / office environment. Most staff are passionate about the content of their work -- science -- and there's a great, collegial environment. The offices in Kings Cross, London are really nice and the location is excellent.

      Cons

      Pay is probably quite low, as it's a publisher.
