Pros

my immediate manager is pleasant enough.

Cons

leadership within the sales management team is nonexistent and employees are regarded as little more than robots. there seems to be little room for advancement across the company. while i knew that the compensation wasn't ideal, it's even worse than I had been led to believe - despite hitting targets.

Pros

There are many pros of joining and working for this company, some enumerations: 1. Awesome minds to work with 2. Relaxed work environment 3. Flexible working hours 4. Salary being paid handsomely(depending upon technology/domain) 5. Good opportunity for leaning cutting edge technologies. 6. Team outings and fun Fridays @ work.

Cons

As always there is a flip side of the coin as well: 1. The work environment is so enthralling that you will not feel like going home( not that I am telling that there are stretch work hours, which is a strict not entertained in the organization) 2. Rest others are blind spots, difficult to find.

Pros

Have been working with Crest for almost two years now with a great technology stack - Scala, Play, TDD and pair programming. Teams have been setup in a completely Agile setup which is very similar to what you find at ThoughtWorks. Some of the colleagues that we work/partner have been ExThoughtWorkers. Has a great team culture - where everyone can voice their opinions, no voice is unheard :) Be it the awesome team parties (mind you we do have an enormous number of them) or outings people are really noisy and have great fun. I am actually recommending people to come over and see how we actually work before going with any of the reviews here.

Cons

Glass door reviews can be intimidating but 95% of the reviews are from the PreMedia section of the company. The culture is completely different when it comes to IT division.
