      Pros

      Fairly generous sick, vacation, insurance policy. As far as I've seen, nearly no one is ever laid off, fired, let go, etc.

      Cons

      There are some truly incompetent people who stay in the same positions for years and years. On the flip side, there is a high attrition rate for good, smart, efficient employees, who can all see they have better options.
