All employees are relatives of each other and they do not allow you to grow or bring new ideas. It has no benefits of product based organisation

Disappointed to read your review on our European Glassdoor Site and sorry to hear that your experiences are not positive. I would challenge the point about 'all' colleagues being in the same family as this is not in line with our culture or indeed our hiring process at all. We support referrals and mobility however, we also ensure we have a diverse workforce. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are are the core of our culture and we have recently started the process of more closely aligning SNTPS (Pune) with our global businesses so there will be more changes to come which will positively impact colleague development and growth.

Thanks for sharing. It's interesting to read that you enjoy the opportunity to enhance skills. You may have seen, last year we launched a Career Hub Portal which is a one stop place for colleagues to find information to help them with progression; we actively encourage this. Our colleagues every day make a positive impact and our open and supportive culture makes it easy for people to easily participate and perform at their best and we will continue to do more to foster a culture where our talented colleagues stay open to new ideas and opportunities.

Pros

-People are generally quite nice to work with -Teams tend to be quite small which encourages people within the team to interact a lot and form relationships

Cons

-Very British environment, coming from an international school background and being a mixed culture individual, it was difficult to feel really part of it

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We do pride ourselves in our supportive and caring culture. People at Springer Nature are great and it's inspirational to work with such talented colleagues. Interested and a bit surprised to read your view on being very British. Given that we are a global business one of the benefits of this being able to talk and learn from colleagues across the globe. Walking through the London office, I see this come to life. DEI is one of our highest strategic priorities and our approach has 2 main streams. Internal Focus where we have set strong representation goals and an external view working within our communities.
