Pros

The people who work at Springer Nature are wonderful. Each year you gain one extra holiday day up to 30 days per year. Springer Nature has handled the COVID-19 pandemic brilliantly.

Cons

The company does not pay well - below other companies in the industry. HR is, frankly, awful. Resources are being taken away from teams and work is ever increasing.
