Pros

Opportunities to travel to conferences, nice colleagues, decent benefits.

Cons

Editors are overworked and stressed. Feedback to upper management is pretty much ignored. Low wages (given that editors have PhDs) and limited career progression. The work gets repetitive after a while. The HR department is terrible.

Pros

Earlier was good but now hired few service guys in management. And promoted inexperience guys at vp and HOD level like Vinu in technology department

Cons

Micro management looking at your in and out time. No career growth. Higher management don’t bother even you highlight issues.
