Pros

I have worked at Springer Nature full time for nearly 10 years. The management welcome innovation. Everyone's opinion is valued. And it's a friendly atmosphere.

Cons

As with any big company, there are sometimes challenges with big admin systems. But nothing insurmountable.

Poor vision; stagnating, inefficient and surplus managers; too much downtime; no work ethics; high rates of attrition; lack of skilful workers.
