With that in mind, we listen and respond to colleague feedback, engagement survey's and employee forums. Pros

I really enjoyed my time working in Springer Nature Lisbon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was always very casual and inclusive. The company is also very concerned in providing a ton of initiatives and events for people to connect, relax, get to know each other and simply have some fun. About my work specifically, I really enjoyed working with my team and my manager. Everyone was really talented and very helpful. The products and projects I worked on were great challenges and fun was definitely had! Technologies and stack matched what was I looking for (and what I applied for) and I learned a lot by working with other stuff I hadn't worked before. Furthermore, the office is amazing and equipped with everything you might need (height adjustable desks, screens, meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchen, leisure area with gaming consoles, etc.). It also has this lovely outdoor area where you can work, have lunch or just relax for a bit. It's located in the very centre of Lisbon so you have easy access to transportation, places to eat, etc. Several other cool perks to be had as well, like the company paying for your transportation pass if you use one, for instance.

Cons

Can't think of anything right now.
