Pros

the company is well established. and you can gain a truly international experience as there are employees from different cultures and with different backgrounds.

Cons

The company usually pays below the market average. This is mostly true in all fields, except if you work at a leadership level, in which case you can have more control over negotiating your pay.

Thank you. We do offer flexibility and having a strong blend of home and work life is important for a healthy and strong culture. We made the decision to work in a hybrid culture (2 days in office / 3 days at home) so we can maintain contact between colleagues and continue to support each other which is especially critical for new colleagues to support their onboarding and transition.

We are proud to have such highly skilled and great colleagues at Springer Nature. We feel it's important to have a healthy blend of office working (2 days) so we can maintain our culture and support colleagues who enjoy collaborating and having time with other colleagues. Time with family and friends important and we offer flexibility. Our workation policy has proved very popular with many.
