We understand the importance of career progression and are rolling out a competency framework to help everyone navigate their careers better at Stake. Additionally, fairness and equality are core values at Stake, and we would always welcome any conversation to address any behaviours that wouldn't be aligned with that. We're sorry to hear that you find our benefits lacking, but will take this into consideration. As for flexibility, we strive to offer flexible working arrangements to support healthy work-life balances, but can acknowledge we find great value in our employees coming in 3 days per week.
