      Pros

      From day one in my time at Stake I was impressed by the hunger for success that permeates the organisation. There's a palpable energy; a drive to excel. One of the things I really liked is the support that colleagues provide for each other. Whether it's brainstorming ideas or celebrating wins, there's a genuine sense of camaraderie at Stake. No idea is a bad idea. The dedication displayed by most people at Stake is pretty inspiring and says a lot about the company. Lots of people aren't just punching the clock; they're passionate about their work and give their best each day. This commitment sets the bar high. The perks are good at Stake too, with a great L&D budget per person, a wellbeing allowance, plus the chance to accrue extra leave by going into the office more. I feel fortunate to have been part of the team and look forward to watching on from afar as the company goes from strength to strength.

      Cons

      It's hard to pick out any cons. I was very happy at Stake and left due a to a change in my life circumstances, not because of any negatives in relation to the company or the role.
