      Pros

      Interesting work, exciting product, passionate colleagues.

      Cons

      Decisions felt rushed and changed very quickly, meaning a lot of work felt incomplete. Often didn't feel empowered by my manager, and received a lot of conflicting feedback so never really knew where I stood.

Being agile, fast-paced and flexible has its pros and cons and we can understand the balance of juggling that.       Management is amazing and the CEO really knows what he is doing.

      Still a startup, so growth is not guaranteed and there is a chance for downsizing.
