      Pros

      - Amazing product and offering - Great team and culture - Competitive salary - There are no egos and everyone is so open minded to trying new ways of working and processes so it really pushes the business forward and makes employees feel engaged and motivated - Everyone is respected for their expertise and encouraged to try and better themselves and their skills, you're given opportunities without pressure but credit is always given where it's due - I've really been enjoying working here everyday and am really proud to be part of the team. Everyone is so passionate about the brand and what they're doing that it's helps to fuel your own self-motivation.

      Cons

      - It's quite fast paced but it's still a very rewarding environment so it may not be the right fit for some. - Being a start-up some processes still haven't been cemented but they're constantly working to improve it so it may also not be the right fit for some.

      Pros

      The culture at Stake is find great people and let them fly. Great though isn't defined just by a CV but instead an attitude, disposition and natural curiosity. The environment is high-performing without being cut-throat and allows for creativity, ownership and experimentation. Couldn't rate it higher.

      There are not many to list.
