      Pros

      The payment was fair for Brazil's standards and they let me divide benefits as I seemed fit. Was also told of opportunities to work abroad, which was a nice perspective for me.

      Cons

      I was the only swiss army knife designer in the team, which can be quite stressful and overloading but I feel that's recurring within IT companies. Also, having to create documentation just to prove that I worked at the client I was allocated in was time consuming, tiring and counterproductive.
