      There are many projects in this company, but I work as a Dell contractor and the team responsible for this cell is great.

      Cons

      There is no carreer plan and if your project ends, you can be relocated to other projects that are not good.

      Good environment to work and autonomy to take decisions as also to dictate one's job.

      Cons

      Poor wages, lack of recognition and totally arbitrary decisions by the managers, who are not prepared to deal with the functions that are assigned to them.
