Customer relationship is wonderful, work is enjoyable, team members are freindly and knowledgeable.

Cons

No formal training. A lot of the work was constantly being sent overseas that causes issues with the client.

Great management. Always thoughtful and considerate. There is Never an issue with life work balance. Room for growth and company learning.

Cons

Floating holidays stink. You have to take one on normal holidays because you don't automatically get the day off. Weird.
