      Lots of opportunity to go up. Because people are always leaving. At least they hire great people.

      Cons

      Is a revolving door for employees. Only 2 members of the 26 employees were still there after 5 years. Information retention is critical for this type of environment, but the company only NOW is paying the NEW hires appropriate wages.

      Worked for them at 2 sites over a few years. 401k is very poor not matching. Very little growth if you are at a out line site. More matrix driven then customer service wise

Stefanini have many job openings across the world every week, and we encourage our employees to apply for whatever positions in which they may be interested. There are times when our employees working at an offsite, client location, may feel like they have no promotional opportunities at their site, but this does not mean that there aren’t any more openings in the area and field for which they are looking. In regards to the 401(k) plan, our Benefits team reviews our current plan each year to make sure we offering the best one possible for our employees.
