Pros
A good place to get some "IT" related skills for your resume. They have some well known and respectable clients.
Cons
Low pay only nets low skilled workers, poor executive leadership, employee morale needs work. I think executives see agents as stats and dollar signs only. Most projects suffer some quality issues and high turnover because of the low wages. There is no project training standard. I was hoping when Stefanini bought TechTeam, that we would see significant changes. Sadly, the only real change seems to be the name on the building.
