      Pros

      Really enjoyed working with many of the people there.

      Cons

      Like most companies, everyone has their bad eggs. People that haven't been anywhere else, and have zero exposure to the rest of the industry, and are terrible people leaders, and some are leading the charge there. Bringing in fresh ideas is close to nil.
