      · Most of the coworkers and mid-level management have always been professional, smart and caring. · I would have said job safety due to size, but the truth is the politics game between management make even the most critical positions vanish due to higher level tantrums.

      The automotive market is facing a revolution: move to electricity, move to assisted or autonomous driving, move to mobility services... In the next five to ten years, the landscape will be totally different and there are great opportunities. Groupe PSA has brilliant CEO, Carlos Tavares, and has very skilled teams for facing these challenges

      Business environment is very tough, some carmakers will not survive in the next years. Pressure is high and will be increasing.
