The job is easy and the benefits are really good, low level managers are friendly enough and there are channels to speak with higher managers with issues.

Cons

A lot of overtime, pay is decreasingly uncompetitive to other car companies, FCA/PSA is falling behind in electrical vehicle markets

Pros

People are helpful here. If you are going as a new hardware there is definitely lots of learning curve and it makes you familiar with different kind sof electric and hybrid vehicles based on which functional area you are focussing on.

Cons

There is lots of politics at play. Senior Management doenst care and have their own battle going on. They are not as developed as other automotive companies and you don't get to learn lots of skillset
