      Each team has a different culture and work mode (including processes and schedules). Depending the team that you are working on, you can have a good or a bad experience.

      Good Initiatives, no stability

      Pros

      Good initiatives stablishing a culture, trying to create a fun work environment People share knowledge and are in general hard-workers The company is growing a lot and have a nice infrastructure

      Cons

      No stability at all. Dozens of people are let go and don't even understand why. Top directors might not seem what is going on with the middle management of personal. A lot of great human resources are lost for petty personal reasons or bad micromanaging.
