Very bad for career, you may get fired anytime without any logic reason. The salary is average few than others companies.

Pros

You will have heaps of work, so yes, you will learn. Besides that it is a casual and young workplace. Not much more.

Cons

1) There are no processes. Company is currently a mess and employees are paying the bill for a terrible management. People work really hard, minimum 2-3 extra unpaid hours a day because everyone is overloaded. 2) Salary is really below the market average.CEO explanation is "we pay less so people get motivated to break through and outstand". Being honest, even if you do so you won't be paid a penny more unless you rebel. 3) Employees do their part and the company don't value them. Forget about compensation or bonus, long term partners will eat it all in stock options and give you a half-salary maybe.

A good place for learning, if this is your first job you will learn a lot from the beginning, good structure and they are always trying to improve their system for the internal use

Cons

Not a place for a career plan... you must be prepared for a lot of pressure to deliver results, the company doesn’t have the feedback structure they promised
