Cons
The workload can be very intense and you can feel the managers are trying their best to tackle it by hiring more employees. Although the managers shows interest in making things better I highly doubt that the team leader in London has the right skills to manage a team. I felt there was a lack of trust and a strong will to control junior employees. Leading a team is not about harassing team members and indirectly leading them into working long hours to get things done by the end of the day ! doing so will only create pressure and anxiety which affect your happiness in the team. High turnover for the past year which didn't help
