High pressure, impossible deadlines and short staff year round. The management is incompetent and they keep changing objectives and workload, rolling back projects then blaming failure on overstretched employees. Work from the office 4 days a week and they started pushing for 5 days a week

A recent townhall has concreted many red flags in the form of our CEO and by extension, the leaders of the company. - RTO, CEO quoted Margaret Thatcher of all politicians to emphasise that he would not change his mind, and told us StoneX is not the place for us if we don't agree. Laughs at every question or feedback during the townhall and thinks his false lightheartedness is believable. - Boastful: A lot of results are inflated to present positive profits and self-worth, but employees' year end compensations are seen to be at a record low in 2025. - Performance appraisals: CEO blatantly lies about our VPs telling managers not to grade employees 4 or above in reviews to surpress bonuses. This is proven to be false when we all know managers have been asked to justify and change every score of 4 or even 5.
