Pros

From my experience: supportive and approachable Managers, people are generally great, decent comp/benefits, entrepreneurial culture, free food/happy hour occasionally, impactful projects, services well received by customers, exposure to new technologies, great outlook (lots of potential)

Cons

Experiences can very among offices and teams. I've heard the gap between large and small offices is quite substantial. Some might prefer more work from home but it's subjective.
