      Great place to start your career, after consuming lots of knowledge regarding the (cross-border) payments industry you will be awarded with responsiblity to manage the clients assigned to you (based upon the languages you speak). Many new colleagues that join are referrals from current employees, which creates great bonds and a community in the company. In addition, the company offers great international exposure, a good bonus structure, and

      The workload can be quite high sometimes, especially when working with different timezones one can forget that in another timezone the shift is already (almost) over. Sometimes there was a small degree of micro-management , for individuals that know what they are doing it could work counter-productive. Some tasks can be quite repetitive, but luckily they're working on delegating these tasks to other teams or automating these processes more and more.
