      Salary, Modern office space, bonus program, 401(k) match

      Cons

      Some groups are understaffed due to budget restraints, 401(k) vest period is long, health and dental benefits are only average. WFH policy is unclear and varies. PTO is on a years worked basis and is slightly less than average (16 days/year for the first 5 years)

      Larger company and infrastructure than I thought. Lots of products to sell to clients and management open to suggestions.

      Company too spread out geographically. Takes too long to get answers to simple questions.
