Pros
The company's accomplishments are remarkable. They are diversified into numerous industries and it looks they are able to handle it well. Being as diversified as they are, it gives the company a unique position against its competitors. You can cross sell and offer a full suite of services. The company is also strong in market intelligence. This company is a young and growing business that has a promising future. Culture for me was fun. Great camaraderie. Performance-based comp. This is great if you know what you are doing. But if you are new in the field, you might struggle.
Cons
-Politics can be quite bad, and understandably so as they are a multi-billion company that is relatively flat. - high turnover
