Business Outlook
Pros
Great people, excellent salary. Employees are given the opportunity to try various roles within the same department to see what they are best at.
Cons
There is no easy way to give feedback. Bonuses have no transparency and seem to be arbitrary (unless you're in sales). The main mission seems to be Make Money - which can be hard to motivate yourself around...although I recognize with such a diverse company it's difficult since each have different goals.
