      Some of the teams are under good leadership, but they essentially all came from MF Global.

      Cons

      -Very disorganized for a firm that big -Very bureacratic, I know it sounds conflicting with the above line, but that's the truth -Lack of recognition or respect for junior level staff -Stubborn leadership, unwilling to make necessary changes

      Deadlines are set by management as well as workload, nobody cares if it's actually matching capacity or common sense.
