      Pros

      Team that I worked with was fantastic. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely interested in helping each other succeed. There's a real sense of camaraderie that makes coming to work enjoyable. Nice Benefits: Benefits include everything from health and dental insurance to generous PTO and wellness programs. The company also offers professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement, which is a big plus. The salaries here are above market rates, which is incredibly motivating and appreciated. It's clear that the company values its employees' contributions.

      Cons

      Management Issues: While there are many positives, there are some issues with management.
