Pros

Good location for midtown commuters. Okay health benefits. Good back office who does the best they can with what they have. One of the senior managers in ops should work on his personality. Seems like a good guy but if you have any suggestions or complaints he's stuck in his ways and will complain behind your back to others.

Cons

It's been a few years since I left but I recently spoke to some recent departures who said it has not changed. Same senior managers are there. Clan mentality from people who once worked at GX Clarke. Senior managers lack judgment, integrity and follow through. Also, they lied consistently and broke a written compensatory contract with me and multiple data and trading vendors while I was employed. There is a glut of white male 30-40 yr old managers who are not welcoming to minorities. Anyone over 45 will be subject to inappropriate age comments and jokes.

Pros

There were no positives working here.

Cons

Antiquated benefits (Limited PTO, 0 paid maternity or paternity leave) Toxic culture. Lots of finger pointing, blaming, and talking behind people's backs here. No work/life balance

Pros

Good work location is the only advantage

Cons

Too much work pressure. Unrealistic deadlines. Daily 12 working hours. Tech leads schedule meeting at 10 PM IST time even without asking you especially payments team. Very old technology. Expected to work on Saturday Sunday. No family and personal life No hike, no bonus, no appreciation. Zero bonus. Desktop culture. You are supposed to get your own laptops if you’re doing work from home in this corona time. No HR policies. Regional politics. No cultural and team-building activities. Everyone is full of ego especially the old employees from the digital dot, don’t even know how to talk properly because they are trained like this. Now they have changed the company name from Intl fcstone to Stonex, so do your research
