they used to have a good work-life balance, not anymore

no trainings or clear career path management is only interested in micromanagement and RTO survey results showed low satisfaction with management, they didn't change anything poor projects

Great people and culture. This company is not hierarchical which makes it great to get things done. StoneX is a stable company who has been around for 100 years and still growing so opportunities are always there.

Everything, especially management. Bunch of clueless individuals with the agenda on their mind. The agenda is move everything to India.
