Business Outlook
Pros
The environment is not bureaucratic, allows flexibility and good amount of freedom if you have a good relationship with your manager. There are some really good and skilled people to work with.
Cons
It's all very dependant on the people you work with, as a company there are no strong stance on family support. It's very old school. Strategy is fuzzy and unclear with the excuse of leaving departments "entrepreneurial".
