      Pros

      The employees who are contributors are great. They all want to perform at their best and have good intentions. I would consider the pay above average. I would consider the benefits as average.

      Cons

      The Director and above leadership are micromanagers. They claim to provide employees with the tools needed to perform their jobs and think on their own. This is not the case. They constantly scrutinize the employees and they have little to no autonomy in their roles. Employees are not allowed to make decisions or take ownership of their tasks and are disengaged and demotivated. When working with leadership, they provide detailed instructions on how tasks should be done, leaving little room for employees to think critically or find creative solutions to problems. Leadership monitored and criticized. This lead to low morale among team members. Employees felt that their leader lacked trust in their abilities, and they felt undervalued and unappreciated. Leadership often spent an excessive amount of time reviewing and correcting their employees' work based on their logic and process. Leadership constantly watched and evaluated employees and created a high-stress work environment. Employees constantly felt on edge, worried about making mistakes or facing criticism.

      - Great orientation and exposure into industry - Opportunity to interact with all managers and teams - Hours weren’t long - No major expectations placed onto interns as we were new - Assisted with a few projects

      - Wouldn’t say it’s an internship that lets you learn a lot as you are there for a short while. - Programme was short
