Hire and fire policy without giving a proper justification. Unnecessary favoritism. No official work timings, you need to start at 10 AM, but it will go till 11-12 night daily. Desktop culture. Micromanagement, No HR Policy, you will feel like you are just working and working. They didn't even give the Diwali gift. No recognition. Working on very old technologies. No visibility to the senior management, you will work as a developer even after 13-14 years of experience. No flexible timing. Senior management in Bangalore is very rude. You can get zero bonus also and which is part of your CTC. No good hike and promotion.
