Pros

At first, I had some concerns because there is no office of our company in my country. But I didn't regret that I tried to work here. Everything is very well organized. People are friendly and honest, compensation suits and on time, no worries. I have been working for a little over a year and have been promoted to team leader. I enjoy working in support and with people. I recommend.

Cons

Nothing wrong, everything is good

Cons

Let's start with the most important point: the salary. Now you might expect that they will pay you per hour because that would only be fair and 99% of any industry does this, but you'd be wrong. Instead of the regular hourly pay, you get paid based on how many shifts you took in a given month. The formula they're using is this: monthly rate / total shifts possible in a month (typically 20-23 days) * total shifts taken that month. So, if I took one extra day off in March and March has 23 possible working days, I would have done 22 days in total. If my rate is 700usd, then I would earn 669usd. Nobody tells you this, they just tell you the salary (rate) which you think means you either have a fixed salary or an hourly rate. Last, but certainly not least: schedule. They like to talk about 'flexible schedules' a lot in their advertising campaigns and it couldn't be further from the truth. The schedule is not flexible AT ALL, it's just as flexible as in any other company where you have to work full-time. You will talk to your colleagues and check if they can cover your shift. They operate 24/7 which means someone has to work night shifts. They try to mitigate this by hiring people from different parts of the world and different time zones, but chances are you will have to work graveyard shifts and you might even have to keep changing shifts and as a result, have an unhealthy lifestyle.
