      Pros

      All is well, remote work is well built. Communication with the team, general meetings, managers who understand and are in touch. Everyone is friendly, loyal and responsive.

      Cons

      I don't have any pretensions. There is everything for those who want to work.

      My opinion on projects that help people

      Pros

      I had a cool and interesting project that helps people. Helping people is a great pleasure, and for this you get money. It was nice to be with them. They treat customers and employees equally well. But a lot depends on you. Your responsibility, initiative and teamwork are important.

      I liked everything. I loved the project and the team.

      Beautiful outside and rotten inside

      You might be lucky to work with great people You might get an interesting project Nice office

      Cons

      Promotions are limited. Your manager might gaslight you. Some colleagues were forced to work while being sick because they've run out of sick days. No bonuses for working night shifts or national holidays.
