Cons

It's my first experience working remotely, so it took some time to adjust. Now I can't imagine coming back to work in the office

I wasn't happy with the amount of vacation days, but recently they rolled out the new policy that gives more vacation days off and they are accumulated faster

I love how understanding they were to all my needs thought this time. Due to some personal circumstances I could't continue working with the same schedule. I thought I would need to quit, but they offered to take some time off, and after I came back they helped to organise the new schedule, according to my needs.

Cons

All the things that could've been changed in 3 years, were already fixed, so everything is going great now1
