      Great company for starting your career and growing professionally

      1. Great way to kick-start your career, even if you are student, who just finished the university. At times, being proficient in a foreign language and having good work ethics can be enough to join the team. 2. Even starting from junior positions, the company quite early begins to offer lots of opportunities for learning, growth and promotion in various directions (HR, Delivery, Tech, etc). However, you need to make sure to present your dedication and skill, in order to make use of these opportunities. 3. Ability to work remotely with a relatively flexible schedule. 4. SupportYourApp has an amazing atmosphere inside it. This includes direct and open relations with management and co-workers, plenty of corporate events, absolute zero toxicity in the workspace, etc. 5. If you will be working from the office – you will not regret it. Offices here are a work of art.

      Cons

      1. Your compensation here almost directly depends on your skills and experience. If you decide to stay on the same role as you started – you may not expect the salary to grow much. On the other hand, by being proactive you can make use of each opportunity to grow, that the company offers. Compensation reviews would then become more frequent. After reaching a certain point in the company, you can expect quite straightforward communications with the management regarding your compensation expectations. 2. SupportYourApp has somewhat strict security and some internal policies, similar to what is present in some big tech companies. Actually, nothing bad here, but a lot of newcomers to the industry may need some time to get used to them.
