Pros

Nice during the interviews and communication.

Cons

During interviews forgetting to mention 90% of things imposed on you when you start working. Obsolete and dictatorship-like policies. You have to know smallest details about everything, including which font and which emoji you can put or not put. Project I worked with literally had 0 training provided, you get to read same articles as customers can that are public, and you are always in shift with different colleagues. You are not given any means to properly do your job outside few YOUTUBE CLIPS. You have to call in sick every day during your sick leave to let them know that you can't come, and then they force you to work those days as extra on top of your normal days, even if they are unpaid. If you quit during trial period they cut you 50% and they forbid you to work for any OTHER outsourcing company for 2 years, even if it's not their client. They have pyramid scheme, that during your first 6 months the cash increases by 50$ to make it look like they are increasing your cash, while the actual rate the should give you and can give you instantly is the one you receive in the end after working for 6months,. No transparency, no communication with any other teams except yours, you are looked inside 1 room ( thats how it feels remotely) with 8-10 people, and you have no clue what's going on around company.

Thank you for submitting your feedback about your time with us. All the major working aspects are agreed on during the interview procedure and all the important aspects, like compensation, are later confirmed via email, prior to the hiring stage. We are sorry to hear that some things were not clear. We have high standards of support and communication both internally and with our clients, which is the key element in our field. For this reason we do have some standards of written communication that we follow. On a side note, we'd like to thank you for your feedback about the training period on your project. We will make sure to pass it on to the rest of the team in the Training and Development department. People from all around the world work in SupportYourApp, therefore we regularly set up new activities and events within teams or across the company to make sure that everyone gets to know the company and it's people better. It's sad that you didn't have a chance to join those events. Thank you once again and good luck.

Pros

Good equipment, amazing office, nice location

Cons

- This company put pressure on me to write reviews on dou.ua, this pressure put on me at first HR, than CTO and after 2 meetings, CEO call me personally and told me that I should write review; - CTO kicked me out from the office, when I told him that I want to leave company and said that I no longer have the right to stay in the office, or he call to the security and they kicked me out; - Old, 10 years legacy CRM project and small salary for developers; - Strange working conditions for customer support, for example: penalties for being late.

Hi Andrii, We thank you for the review, although it feels quite unfair after the company invested time and resources trying to retain you, listening, being open, and making sure you had all the best conditions to succeed in your work. Still let's address each of the points: 1. In fact it's a normal practice when a company trusts you so much that they ask you to share a review about it. And it's ironic that after all you actually left a review. 2. This was your desire to leave, and the responsible team saw you off to make sure that the access removal procedure is handled properly. We're sorry to hear that seeing off was seen as hostile in some way. 3. The product has legacy parts as any mature business, and has a lot of new functionality, as well as parts that are constantly re-written to use more contemporary solutions. You actually had a chance to be a part of the exciting change. It's ok if you chose not to be a part of it. 4. Customer support has its own responsibilities, one of which is being on their shift on time to ensure the timely service for the customers who expect prompt response during specific time frames. Conveniently, you haven't mentioned the bonuses that customer support teams get for great KPIs and service metrics. All in all, we'd like to say thank you, as we make conclusions from any review, even if it's anonymous and way overdue.
